Chief Executive Officer
Mthulisi is an accomplished business executive with over 18 years of experience in strategy formulation and execution, marketing, sales, business development and customer experience management gained in the telecommunications, insurance and medical aid industries. He has been part of business set-up teams and has led successful product development and customer acquisition assignments in various organisations. He brings extensive medical aid management experience covering operations, business and product development, key account management and risk management acquired while at First Mutual Health and Cimas Health Group.

Chief Operations Officer
Dr E Chikobvu is a medical doctor with over 19 years experience as a Family Practitioner. He is a member of the College of Primary Care Physicians of Zimbabwe (CPCPZ) and Zimbabwe Medical Association (ZIMA). He is registered with the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe (MDPCZ). He is a highly organised, ambitious and thorough clinician who is currently the Clinical Director of Helpstars Groups of Clinics with branches in Harare and Bulawayo. Since 2019 he is the Chief Operations Officer of the EMF Medical Aid Society.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) - University of Zimbabwe
Finance Manager
Janet Ngundu is the Finance Manager with EMF Medical Aid Society. She has extensive experience in Accounting, Administration and Audit support in Government, Quasi Government, Banking Sector, Tobacco and Logistics Industry. She is passionate about undertaking comprehensive operational and financial activities including bottom line improvement, balance sheet growth strategy formulation and risk management. Janet strives on taking up challenges, leading and developing high performing finance teams, providing guidance and mentorship. She joined the Medical Aid Society in July 2020.

Business Development Manager
Lizzie is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Business Development and Client Relations Manager at EMF Medical Aid Society, a position she has held since May 2019. Previously, she served as a Senior Business Development Analyst at TelOne. With over 10 years of comprehensive experience, Ms. Sweto has developed expertise in new product development, marketing strategy formulation, project management, partnership management, CRM, brand management, and research and development. She is a board member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Strategic Thinking (ZIST) and a member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ).
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Marketing Strategy (MSU), First-Class Degree in Marketing Management (MSU)
